Stretching is not about pain or splits at any cost. It is about making the body free again: we gently open the joints, lengthen muscles without overload and return lightness to the spine.
It suits people who sit a lot — we release tension in the neck, shoulders and lower back, improve posture and mobility. The freer the body, the easier it breathes. If your goal is the splits, we move towards it gradually and safely.
Stretching is led by Margo, a ballet dancer for whom working with the body and flexibility is a daily profession.
