This document is the text of the consent that every visitor to
vhod-place.ru gives by filling in any form on the website and confirming submission. The consent is a
separate document in accordance with the amendments to Federal Law No. 152-FZ that came into force on 1 September 2025.

To the extent of the data I have filled in the booking or enquiry form:

- Mobile phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- The content of my message or request
- Information about the classes, time and instructor I have chosen
03Which actions I consent to
The processing of my personal data, including:
- Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage
- Updating (refreshing, modifying), retrieval
- Use, transfer (provision, access)
- Anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction
Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation.
04For which specific purposes
- Booking a class, individual practice or special event
- Contacting me regarding my request or question
- Confirming, rescheduling or cancelling a booking
- Keeping track of memberships and visits
- Informing me about the schedule, promotions and studio news (only if I have separately confirmed this consent)
Other purposes of processing are excluded. Should new purposes arise, the Operator must request separate consent.
05To whom data may be transferred
My data may be transferred to the following processors:
- Yclients LLC (Yclients, INN 7705935687) - for managing online bookings. Servers in the Russian Federation.
- Selectel LLC (INN 7842393933) - website hosting. Servers in the Russian Federation (St Petersburg). No cross-border transfer takes place.
- Payment system operators - to process payment, if it is made online.
06For how long
The consent is valid:
- Until withdrawn - I may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to privacy@vhod-place.ru.
- No longer than the retention period established by the Personal Data Processing Policy:
- clients' contact data - for the duration of the relationship and 3 years after its termination;
- data of visitors without subsequent visits - 1 year.
Upon expiry of the retention period or withdrawal of consent, the data is deleted or anonymised.
07How to withdraw consent
I may withdraw this consent by sending a written request:
The Operator ceases processing and destroys my personal data within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except where processing continues on a basis that does not require my consent (for example, to comply with a court decision).
08I confirm
By confirming submission of the form or ticking the consent checkbox:
- I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I act with the consent of a legal representative.
- I provide my personal data freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
- I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and understand its content.
- I give my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes stated above.
