About

A place where you can
hear yourself

Vhod Place is an intimate space for anyone who wants to free their body and mind from tension, refill with energy and learn the art of moving with ease.

Created by two founders — at once so different and so alike: a synergy of yoga, ballet and mindful movement.

The studio was made as a home for our own practice — a place where you feel safe, quiet, comfortable and at ease.

Our founders

Vhod Place was created by two founders — at once so different and so alike. That synergy is the studio itself: a place where yoga, ballet and mindful movement meet.

Vlada

Yoga

Has practised and taught yoga for over 5 years. Trained in Nepal in the Universal Yoga system and keeps attending seminars and trainings. A devotee of strong, static forms — she believes that without honest physical work you cannot build either a clear mind or a steady spirit. Every practice is a dialogue with your own limits and a way to cultivate willpower.

Margo

Classical ballet · Barre · Stretching

Formerly a professional ballet dancer. From 2015 she danced at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus and spent years performing on leading stages across Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and South Africa. Each year she deepens her knowledge of movement, anatomy, breath and biomechanics. In her classes she pays special attention to mindful, safe movement — sharing how to recover and reconnect through your own body.

We will introduce our full team of teachers very soon.

The studio opened recently and I ran straight there to do yoga and unwind. Very welcoming teachers, a super convenient location right in the centre and close to my work. I recommend it to everyone.

What people most often ask

I am a beginner — can I come?
Yes, of course. All of our classes suit any level. The teacher adapts the session to where you are — no pressure and no comparison.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. We provide everything else — a mat, props, aroma oils, water and tea. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can change calmly. Download the detailed checklist (PDF, in Russian) →
I am travelling — can I drop in for a single class?
Absolutely. A drop-in class is 1 500 ₽, and a discounted first trial is 1 200 ₽. Book online or message us on Telegram and come straight from your hotel.
Are classes in English?
Yoga, ballet, barre and stretching are largely visual, so they are easy to follow. Our teachers can guide and cue you in English — language is never a barrier. If in doubt, message us on Telegram first.
How do I book a class?
The easiest way is to press the Book button anywhere on the site and choose a time online. You can also message us on Telegram.
Where is the studio?
St Petersburg, Nevsky Prospekt 110 — in the very heart of the city, a short walk from Mayakovskaya metro and many central hotels. See it on the map. If you have any trouble finding us, call or message us on Telegram.
What if I cannot make it?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before the class — it stays on your pass. After that, the class is lost. Just message us on Telegram.
What if I am late?
It is best to arrive 10 minutes early so you can change and settle in. If you are up to 10 minutes late, you can join quietly. Later than that, it is better to wait for the next class so as not to disrupt the group.
What does the studio have?
A changing area, a comfortable restroom, treats for guests, water and tea. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, balls — everything you need for practice. You can come straight from work.
