A mix of ballet plasticity, pilates and functional training. Barre is about tone, endurance and grace of movement — the perfect balance of strength and elegance.
Barre takes the best of three worlds: ballet posture and plasticity, the precision of pilates and the load of functional training. We work at the barre with balls and resistance bands, doing many small repetitions to reach muscles ordinary workouts miss.
The result is a toned body, a collected mind and that lightness in movement. Barre is great for those who want tone without impact on the joints, and for those who love ballet aesthetics but are not ready for classical ballet.
Barre is led by Margo, a ballet dancer. The location in the centre, at Nevsky 110, is easy to reach after the office.
